Luard on the Park offers flexible lease term to fit for the different needs of our guests. Initial stay begins with one month or above.

What are the facilities and services included in the rental package of Luard on the Park?
The rental package includes the use of all in-room furniture and electrical appliances (LCD TV, DVD player, iPod dock & speaker, cordless phone, fridge and microwave oven, etc.), charges for local call, wireless broadband internet, paid TV, electricity, water and gas supply, together with thrice-weekly maid service and weekly linen service.

Are kitchen facilities provided?
All kitchenettes in Luard on the Park are fully-equipped with fridge, microwave oven, gas/induction cooker and a range of crockery, glassware, table and kitchen utensils.

Can pre-lease visit be arranged?
